This could be why I've been baking like crazy

Seasonal depression has come early this year. I think it's especially nasty since it didn't visit last year. So if you've wondered where I've been lately, I'm just waiting it out and trying to function.

  7. First of all I read your previous post and I despise spiders. Just saying. Secondly, put the baking spoon down and go for a walk. I lived in Alaska for years and when the seasonal depression hits its horrible but if you stay cooped up (which is all you really want to do) you make it worse.
Next, don't forget the book fair this weekend. 10 books for free downloads girly! Plus a bunch of others marked down to help raise money for the diabetes association. I know you like to read AND you are like me and love a bargain. Maybe this will perk you up sunshine.
    Love you

  9. I'm going to go to a sunbed for just that reason. Also up the Thiamine B1 and reduce my espresso consumption to fewer. Don't mess with the Sun at latitudes above Bordeaux months can vanish if you do. Oh what really helps is a trip to the coast.

  11. That makes two of us. And since we're having a bit of bourbon on the side while we're aimlessly gazing at ourselves in a count Dracula mirror, I'd say that make four of us! :))

  12. Mine isn't seasonal either. There are ways to push back against it. The right kind of music... a hike out in a good area...
